Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the inclusion of your original packing slip.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
